While I recommend looking through the official Cisco study resources when preparing for any of the exams, it can get very frustrating and tiresome going through the 600+ pages of material (and that’s only book 1 of 2!) with no clear direction. Needless to say one can easily see the value a well organized study guide can bring as a supplement for your studying. That’s why I recommend using one of the provided study guide resources below. They have helped me greatly and they continue to help others pass their own Cisco exam.
The following study guides will help you gather a much better understanding of the material you will need to know in order to take your Cisco exam. Click on the one that interests you for more information.

In addition, Cisco offers study books for all of their certification exams such as the CCNA and CCNP, which are two library sets I’ve purchased. I personally found these books to be best if used as a reference guide rather than a primary study guide. While the information is great in these books, it’s often information overload and cumbersome to read through when trying to study for the exam. Many others have made similar comments, which is why I wanted to take a moment to note it here.
