The CCNA exam (and most other Cisco exams) is a timed exam procured by a professional from your designated test center. They last about 90 minutes in length with about 45-55 questions and are administered through a computer. You are not allowed to bring anything into the room with you, and you will be notified of your results immediately following your exam.
